Dr. Ünal Tekinalp (Senior Partner)
Experience:
Dr. Ünal Tekinalp brings his vast academic and professional knowledge to the firm.
Dr. Tekinalp was the Chairman of the
Department on Commercial Law and the Director of the Centre for Research and Practice
in European Law at Istanbul University, Faculty of Law.
He has lectured in banking law, intellectual property law and European
law, as well as commercial law, comprising partnership and company law as well as
the law on negotiable
instruments. He consults extensively on commercial law, banking law, intellectual
property law, foreign investment legislation and competition law. Dr. Tekinalp is the standing member of ALLEA Committee on Intellectual Property Rights.
